Role Mission: Analyze TikTok Shop niches, content trends, competitors, and user behavior — and turn insights into actionable recommendations that help brands grow faster.

Key Responsibilities:

1. TikTok Shop Niche Analysis

• Analyze demand, seasonality, competition, pricing, UGC noise
• Identify growth opportunities and market gaps
• Highlight missed revenue potential
• Present findings in clear, structured reports

2. TikTok Trend & Content Analysis

• Spot patterns in trending formats
• Understand hooks, raw vibes, authenticity, storytelling
• Analyze competitor content and UGC mechanics
• Identify winning content angles

3. Commercial Insights

4. Reporting & Presentation

• Create clean, logical, easy-to-read reports and slides
• Present insights visually and concisely

Requirements:

1. Analytical Skills

• Ability to analyze data and structure information
• Tools (or quick learning): KaloData, Analisa, TikTok Creative Center
• Attention to detail and logical thinking

2. Creative Skills

• Strong TikTok trend awareness
• Understanding of viral mechanics and platform behavior
• Ability to propose content ideas and angles

3. Commercial Skills

• Basic understanding of GMV, CR, AOV
• Ability to identify growth opportunities from data

4. Personal Qualities

• Highly curious and eager to learn
• Systematic and organized
• Interest in trends and digital culture
• Initiative and proactive mindset
• English B1+
