Location: Remote, the team is based in Ukraine and the UK.

Role Mission:

Ensure operational clarity, speed, and predictability across the agency. Build a system where the team works in sync, deadlines are met, processes scale, and clients feel full control and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management

• Build and manage client roadmaps (launch → first results → scaling)
• Prioritize tasks, resources, and deadlines
• Ensure daily progress inside ClickUp / Notion
• Lead weekly syncs and remove blockers

2. Operations

• Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows
• Manage team workload and delegation
• Create and maintain SOPs
• Reduce operational costs without losing quality

3. Metrics & Quality Control

• Maintain weekly dashboards (GMV, CTR, CR, CPA, UGC output, orders)
• Analyze risks and adjust plans
• Monitor client KPI performance

4. Client Communication

• Translate client goals into clear team tasks
• Provide structured, calm, transparent communication
• Participate in strategic discussions and planning

5. Process Building

• Document processes and improve internal systems
• Optimize workflows in content, analytics, ads, affiliate, launches
• Build a predictable, scalable operational structure

Requirements:

Hard Skills

• 2+ years in Project or Operations Management
• Strong command of ClickUp / Notion / Google Sheets
• Experience with Agile / Kanban / Waterfall
• Prioritization frameworks (Eisenhower, RICE, MoSCoW)
• Managing teams of 5–20 people
• SOP creation, capacity planning
• E-commerce experience is a plus (TikTok Shop / Amazon / DTC)
