Location: Remote, the team is based in Ukraine and the UK.

Salary: 500-600$

Skills you'll need to bring:

• Fluent English B2+
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC is an advantage

In this role, you will:

• Handling customer inquiries
• Scheduling calls
• Checking chats, responding to clients
• Onboarding new clients
• Call summary
• Scheduling monthly and bi-weekly reports
• Additional tasks for the PPC Department
• Setting and planning KPIs
• Handling client payments
• Working with contractors Analyzing PPC and ADV Seller Central
