What You’ll Do:\

• Find & Engage Leads – Manage lead generation channels (Upwork, referrals, webinars, conferences, Telegram, Facebook)\
• Book Meetings – Schedule and coordinate calls with potential clients\
• Plan & Organize Events – Webinars, conferences, and podcasts\
• Keep Things Organized – Maintain and update the CRM system\
• Improve Lead Quality – Collect feedback from Sales and refine outreach strategies\
• Ensure Follow-Ups – Monitor chats/emails for responses and follow up promptly\
• Track Progress – Report on KPIs and summarize monthly results\
• Support Sales – Prepare case studies and marketing materials for outreach\

What We’re Looking For:\

✔️ 1+ year of experience as a Lead Generator or Business Assistant
✔️ Event organization experience (webinars, podcasts, conferences, etc.)
✔️ English: B2-C1 level + Fluent Ukrainian

Bonus Points If You Have:
➕ Experience with Upwork, Sales Navigator, or outreach tools (Snov.io, Lemlist, etc.)
➕ Basic copywriting skills
➕ Self-motivation, discipline & ability to work independently
